It is this passion for innovation that drives each one of our employees for personal and professional success.What's exciting about the roleThis role offers hands-on experience in data analysis, reporting and process optimization, supporting strategic decision-making and operational efficiency.Responsibilities : Design, maintain, and enhance spreadsheets to monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs).

Create dynamic reports, charts, and pivot tables to support management insights.Organize and process large datasets with accuracy and efficiency.Assist in automating workflows using advanced Excel formulas, functions, and preferably macros / VBA.Provide administrative and operational support to the department as needed.QualificationsCurrently enrolled in a Bachelor's program in Business Administration, Production Engineering, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related field.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including : VLOOKUP / XLOOKUPSUMIF / INDEX / MATCHPivot tables and dynamic chartsConditional formatting and advanced filtersStrong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication.Prior experience in creating reports and tracking KPIs.Familiarity with process automation using Excel macros or VBA.Intermediate proficiency in English.Our commitmentVerifone is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
