Job Description :

The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting specialized biologic and gene therapy services in Brazil.

This is a field-based role focused on building strong relationships, expanding market presence, and driving sales revenue.

Key responsibilities include :

• Visiting hospitals, clinics, biotech & pharmaceutical companies to promote the company's gene therapy / vector development / GMP manufacturing capabilities
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders, research institutions, procurement teams, and decision-makers in the gene therapy and advanced biologics space
• Executing sales plans and developing territory strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets, proposals, and contract wins
• CLEARLY COMMUNICATING technical service offerings, differentiators, turnaround times, quality standards, and compliance credentials to prospective clients
• Collaborating with Business Development, Technical / Process Development, Regulatory, and Quality teams to ensure proposals, quotations, and customer expectations are aligned with service and regulatory capabilities
• Monitoring competitive landscape, market trends, client needs, and customer feedback; feeding insights back into marketing / sales strategy
• Maintaining accurate CRM records, sales forecasts, visit reports, and territory performance metrics
