You should have amazing design instincts, a sharp eye for detail, and the ability to translate creative direction into clean, conversion-focused email layouts, fast.What You Will Do : Design email campaigns across 4-8 core accountsBuild out design systems and reusable components that speed up production without making everything feel templatedTranslate campaign ideas into scroll-stopping visualsCollaborate with copywriters and project managers to align visuals with messaging, goals, and performanceMove fast without cutting cornersPush creative boundaries where appropriate, but know when clean and clear winsBalance multiple accounts and timelines, communicating clearly when priorities shiftQualificationsStrong portfolio of digital design work that shows great taste, creativity, brand adaptability, clean executionAbility to move quickly and manage your own workflow across multiple accountsStrong understanding of layout, typography and visual hierarchyClear communicator - able to take feedback, push back when needed, and explain design decisionsBonus : experience working in eCommerce or email previouslyThis Role Is : Paid in USDLong-term and stable - we're looking for someone to grow with us!
