Principal Linux Systems Architect

Senior Linux Infrastructure EngineerWe are seeking an experienced Senior Linux infrastructure engineer to maintain and enhance the real-time data systems powering a leading investment bank.The ideal candidate will have strong skills in Linux system administration, scripting proficiency, and experience with data quality management.Responsibilities : Resolving data quality issues through root cause analysis and managing internal and external vendors to resolve these issues.Supporting on-call duties, incident management, problem, and change management.Ensuring optimal accuracy and timeliness of data on a real-time basis by implementing monitoring tools to detect data issues.Collaborating with regional and global market data infrastructure teams to share knowledge and experience.L2 alert management, creating and / or updating resolutions into a knowledge base.Incident management, managing the lifecycle from identification to resolution.Change management, managing production changes to the ticker plant like mandatory updates.Requirements : Minimum 7 years of experience in infrastructure, systems, or production support roles.Highly skilled in Linux System Administration, scripting proficiency (Bash and / or Python preferred).

Good communication and oral and written English skills is a must.Nice-to-Have Skills : Experience with ITRS Geneos, EXEGY (Wombat / Vela), or Market Data platforms.
