Role Overview :

We are seeking a motivated Junior Business Analyst / Quality Assurance Analyst to support the analysis, testing, and delivery of enhancements on our ServiceNow platform. This hybrid role requires a detail-oriented individual who can gather and document business requirements as well as develop and execute test plans to ensure high-quality solutions. Must be able to work in fast-paced environment, often requiring collaboration with various teams and stakeholders. Must be able to deliver with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements and process improvements.
  • Assist in defining acceptance criteria and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Develop, execute, and maintain test cases and scripts for functional, regression, and integration testing.
  • Identify, document, and track defects; work closely with developers to ensure timely resolution.
  • Support training and communication efforts related to new or updated ServiceNow functionality.
  • Maintain clear and concise documentation for both business requirements and testing activities.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality and efficiency.

Required Experience & Skills :

  • 2-3 years of combined business analysis and quality assurance experience with ServiceNow (ITSM / ITOM modules preferred).
  • Experience using Automated Test Framework (ATF) and / or other tools for test automation.
  • Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), testing methodologies, and business analysis best practices.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to establish strong relationships internally and externally.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator a plus!
