If you're looking for a workplace where your contributions can truly make a difference, and where innovation meets purpose, Tort Experts is the perfect place for you.About The RoleAs the Intake Advocate at Tort Experts, you are the first point of contact for potential claimants who are seeking legal assistance with injury claims.

You will guide potential claimants through a screening process to determine eligibility.

If eligible, you will assist potential claimants in the completion of initial forms and applications to retain an attorney.What You'll DoBuild the initial claimant relationship and confidence in our firm with every prospective claimant interactionEngage in

• calls per day in a professional inbound / outbound call center environmentConsistently build the claimant relationship and confidence in our partners firms with every claimant interaction while proactively contacting claimants to ensure the relationship is maintainedSolve problems and maintain confidentialityKeep updated records and detailed documentation of claimant interactions, concerns, and complaints in a paperless database systemUse good judgment to discern what issues may be urgent and need a manager's or director's attention immediatelyBe expected to meet occupancy and adherence goalsQualificationsEducation : Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. Business Administration) preferred.ExperienceMinimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role.SkillsStrong communication skills, both verbal and written.Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal case management software.Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.Personal AttributesEmpathetic and patient demeanor when interacting with clients.Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.Other RequirementsAbility to work remotely, and manage time and tasks with minimal supervisionAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.Commitment to providing excellent client service.Preferred QualificationsExperience in mass tort law is a plus.Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.BenefitsUncapped quarterly profit-sharing bonuses based on company performance100% company-paid monthly premiums for Fortune 500 level quality insurance plans for you and any / all dependents (US based employees) : medical (Aetna)dental (Guardian)vision (Guardian)100% company match on any employee contributions to either HSA or FSA flex benefits plans (US based employees) : $500 free FSA company contribution, even if $0 employee contribution401k plan with full company match of up to 6% of salary and no vesting period required (US based employees)Unlimited paid time off with planned role / responsibilities coverageWork from home equipment budget (at company's discretion)Forever remote work environmentWhy Join Us?
