As a User Operation Specialist (Scenario Promotion) , you’ll be responsible for designing high-impact campaigns and user journeys that maximize engagement, order frequency, and overall GMV. If you're obsessed with data, user behavior, and creative experimentation, this is your chance to drive real-time results at scale.
🔧 What You’ll Be Doing
📅 High-Frequency Campaign Design
- Lead the design of weekly promotions , themed events, and scenario-based triggers (e.G. lunch rush, rainy days, late-night cravings).
- Deploy targeted incentives (coupons, discounts, vouchers) to maximize GMV and order volume across time slots.
👥 User Engagement Optimization
Create tiered marketing strategies based on order time, frequency, and category preferences.Increase repurchase rates through personalized retention flows and behavioral nudges.🔗 Cross-Platform Integration
Coordinate resources across the ecosystem : app pop-ups, push notifications, mini-programs , and more.Build seamless, end-to-end campaign journeys across multiple touchpoints.📊 Real-Time Performance Tracking
Build and maintain real-time dashboards to monitor campaign impact.Dynamically adjust subsidy levels and traffic allocation based on live performance data.✅ What We’re Looking For
Industry Experience
Strong background in food delivery, O2O, or local services .Deep knowledge of subsidy models , user lifecycle strategies, and LTV-based decision-making .Hard Skills
Proficient in Python and SQL for cohort analysis, A / B testing, and attribution modeling.Skilled in user segmentation and scenario-based reactivation strategies (new users, dormant users, VIPs, etc.).Business Acumen
Strong understanding of the food delivery user journey : exposure → coupon claim → cart → checkout.Ability to translate user behavior into actionable growth strategies.Cross-functional Collaboration
Experience working closely with merchant and delivery teams to create integrated growth loops.Understand how to align incentives across all stakeholders to drive sustainable results.🌟 Bonus Points
Familiarity with real-time ops tools (e.G., Looker, Tableau, or internal dashboards).Experience launching hyper-localized promotions or time-sensitive campaigns at scale.
