8+ years of experience Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience Experience as a development / business analyst eliciting requirements from business stakeholders Project management experience Experience with Agile and Scrum methodology Pega Systems Business Architect (CBA) certification Experience in technical projects on enterprise-impacting projects Strong Pega skills with the ability to articulate functional requirements SCRUM Master Certification Fluency in Portuguese and Spanish
