Have 3–5 years of experience in marketing data analysis and campaign optimization

Are skilled in KPI reporting , data insights, and cross-platform campaign performance

Have hands-on experience with Excel, SQL, Tableau or Power BI, Google Analytics , and online ad tools

Thrive in independent, remote work and collaborate well across global teams

Can work part-time hours aligned with US time zones
