In this role, you will be responsible for managing cargo documentation processes to facilitate vessel berthing and the safe loading and unloading of cargo.

Your work will directly impact the efficiency of our operations and ensure we continue to exceed customer expectations.Who you areYou are an organized and detail-oriented professional with a solid understanding of cargo documentation and port regulations.

With a strong focus on accuracy and compliance, you work independently and are driven to ensure seamless operations.

Your ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks will make you a valuable asset to our team.Required experience and skillsBachelor's Degree.Knowledge of Siscomex, Mercante, PSP, and Portal Único.Understanding of Customs and Foreign Trade regulations / laws.Strong communication skills in English (both written and oral).

Proficiency in Microsoft Office.Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage workloads.Willingness to travel as needed.What you will be doingReceipt and cross-checking of cargo documentation.Prepare export Bills of Lading and necessary documentation for cabotage shipments.Provide information regarding cargo arrival to the Consignee and the Shipper.Ensure timely issuance and release of Bills of Lading, guaranteeing vessel berthing.Input cargo information into Customs and Company systems and declare shipments in Portal Único.Monitor compliance with local port authorities' requirements and maintain organized documentation files.Support the finance team by providing controls for invoicing and tracking charges.Provide any required administrative support for the operational teamWhat we offerOpportunity to work with a global leader in maritime services.A collaborative, innovative, and inclusive workplace.Career development and growth opportunities within a thriving industry.ApplyingInterested?
