It consists of three separate entities (Research, Labs, and Ventures) with a shared brand and a shared mission.Job DescriptionAs a Brand Identity Designer, you will have a high degree of autonomy in managing your responsibilities and projects.

You\'ll work closely with our research team and directly with clients to develop comprehensive brand identities that resonate within the crypto industry and Delphi's unique presence within the industry.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute brand identity strategies for our firm and our clientsCreate visual elements including logos, color palettes, typography, graphics and brand guidelinesDesign marketing materials, presentations, and digital assetsCollaborate with the research team to visually communicate complex crypto conceptsManage client relationships and present design concepts directly to stakeholdersStay current with design trends and innovations across the landscape of design and technology.Qualifications3+ years of experience in brand identity design, preferably with exposure to the tech or finance sectorsStrong portfolio demonstrating a range of brand identity projects, and execution of brand strategyProficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma)Excellent communication and presentation skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and deadlines independentlyWorking with and managing fellow designersExperience in working with clients on Naming is highly desirableInterest in or knowledge of cryptocurrency and blockchain technology is a plusBenefits & CompensationCompetitive salary and benefitsOpportunity to shape the visual landscape of the crypto industryHigh level of autonomy and creative freedomCollaborative work environment with industry expertsFully Remote RoleIf you\'re passionate about design and excited by the challenge of visualizing the future of finance, we want to hear from you.
