As Head of Operations, you'll be responsible for boosting our performance and scaling team effectiveness across these markets. You'll lead teams, design scalable processes, and work closely with Product and Sales to ensure reliability and growth.

• Lead and scale operations teams in Portugal and Brazil, ensuring clarity, accountability, and performance.
• Drive marketplace KPIs : fulfillment rates, cancellations, retention, and response times.
• Build scalable processes and playbooks to support rapid growth.
• Work closely with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to align priorities and deliver results.
• Use data and dashboards to spot bottlenecks and implement improvements.
• Ensure compliance and operational excellence across both markets.
