Secure Our FutureWe are dedicated to safeguarding the digital world by delivering comprehensive cybersecurity solutions.Our vision is a world where each day is safer and more secure than the one before.We believe that every member of our team contributes uniquely to our collective success.Our values were crowdsourced by employees and are brought to life through each of us everyday - from disruptive innovation and collaboration, to execution.As a Regional Sales Manager, you will drive and orchestrate complex sales cycles and work with internal partners and teams to best serve the customer.You will be responsible for leading and driving sales engagements, meeting and exceeding your quota by crafting and implementing strategic territory plans targeting deployments of the Next Generation Security Platform.You'll be responsible for connecting customers with a solution for every stage of threat prevention.We have developed FLIGHT, an immersive onboarding program that blends virtual and in-person learning at our headquarters.The goal is to ensure our sales team is equipped to guide customers through the process of building a truly zero-trust security architecture.Our sales team members work together with large organizations to keep their digital information safe.We take pride in empowering our sales team with unmatched systems and tools, constantly updated research and sales libraries, and a team built on joint success.Drive and orchestrate complex sales cycles and work with internal partners and teams to best serve the customer.Bring your experience and consultative selling skills to initiate long-standing relationships with prospective customers and executive sponsors.Create and implement strategic account plans focused on attaining enterprise-wide deployments.Engage a programmatic approach to demand generation, development, and expansion of your territory.Leverage prospect stories to create a compelling value proposition with insights into value for that specific account.Stay updated on industry news and trends, and how they affect Next Generation Security Platform products and services.Required Skills and Qualifications : Experience and knowledge of SaaS-based architectures, ideally in a networking and / or security context is required.Excellent time management skills, and work with high levels of autonomy and self-direction are necessary.
