Closing SpecialistStaffings is partnering with a leading AI solutions provider to help fill this role.About the Role : The Closing Specialist will focus on optimizing our Voice AI agent to achieve exceptional results.Responsibilities include fine-tuning how the Closer sounds, qualifies leads, overcomes objections, and delivers certainty.Additional responsibilities include designing call flows, measuring and optimizing outcomes, collaborating with sales and product teams, and pushing human-like precision in communication.Requirements : Exceptional communication skills, including writing and speaking with clarity, persuasion, and empathy.Experience in prompt engineering and fine-tuning LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.).

Strong background in conversational design, scripting, and data-driven iteration.Analytical mindset, tracking performance data to improve scripts and flows.Fast learner with a bias for testing in-market, not over-planning.Owner mentality, optimizing for ROI, not vanity metrics.Why Join?
