This role involves collaborating with the business process owners to assist data collection, management, reporting and analysis to ensure effective business operation.Data Governance : Execute Data Governance and sustainability initiatives with various functions.Demonstrate knowledge of critical DM practices and ways of working to deliver business outcomes aligned with the MasterData governance strategy.Assist in applying and implementing data standards, guidelines, and ownership, ensuring data quality and compliance.Data Management Operation : Validate requests for domain-specific Master Data Operations, including creation, extension, and changes, and liaise between these requests and the back office to ensure high performance in the process.Maintain and improve key performance indicators (TAT,SLA, Data, Quality,-) and collaborate with others business areas to identify and resolve issues or gaps in the process flow.Add value to the MasterData business operation and ensure end-to-end MasterData commitments are met within Mondelez.Stakeholder Collaboration : Serve as primary contact for business functions, data owners and data consumers, ensuring smooth end-to-end Master Data flow processes.Strategic Planning : Strategically drive and support business projects, promoting digitization adoption.
