Ideal candidates have strong communication skills, a sense of responsibility, love using social apps (like TikTok & Instagram & Facebook, with followers a plus), and have one experience in HR ?sales?administration or talent management.Not limited to Nigeria and Kenya, remote workRecruitment and Management : 1.Independently recruit and manage agencies,hosts,and coin-dealers .2.Resource Acquisition : Engage with and recruit high-value resources, and ensure their maintenance.3.Strategy Development : Formulate and execute recruitment strategies, with accountability for results.4.Daily Operations : Perform other daily operational tasks as required.RequirementsExcellent communication skills, able to make friends with users.Sales-oriented mindset with patience.Enjoy using voice social apps, familiar with various features and gameplay.Reliable and loyal, with integrity and goal-oriented.At least one year of experience in app operation work
