Full Stack Software Engineer

You'll play a pivotal role in designing and building global banking products from the ground up — includingbank accounts, cards, payment processing, and stablecoin integrations.This is a rare opportunity to work at the intersection ofblockchain and global banking, solving complex challenges in scaling secure, compliant, and user-friendly financial infrastructure across multiple markets.ResponsibilitiesDesign, build, and maintain front-end and back-end web applications powering Nexos' banking platform.Develop integrations with local stablecoins , payment networks, and global financial institutions.Build core features of the banking stack — from onboarding and KYC to accounts, cards, and payments.Ensure the highest standards of security, reliability, and scalability .

Collaborate closely with founders, product, and business teams to shape Nexos' technology roadmap.Work in a fast-paced, startup environment , where speed, ownership, and creativity matter.QualificationsProven experience in Back-End and Full-Stack Development , with strong skills in Python (preferred).

Proficiency in Front-End Development (React, , TypeScript, CSS).

Solid understanding of software engineering best practices (testing, code reviews, CI / CD).

Experience working with APIs, databases, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

Familiarity with web security practices and secure coding principles.Strong problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a team setting.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (preferred, not mandatory).

Experience in fintech, payments, or blockchain is a big plus .
