Job Title : Operations Management SpecialistAbout the Role : This role is an integral part of the global service organization as a business partner, reporting to the Operations Manager and indirectly to the Regional Leader.The ideal candidate will have strong experience in project controls, earned value management, and operational processes.The operations management specialist will be responsible for supporting regional initiatives & driving standardization of operational processes using applied on-the-job standard work.Key Responsibilities : Develop and harmonize operational processes / workflows.Support continuous improvement initiatives on operational topics.Actively track and manage to operational KPIs.Work closely with the Project Management Office to : Manage, track and provide analysis on operational contracts and projects (budget deviations, cost reconciliations, risks and opportunities, cash forecasts).
Perform financial analysis (budget deviations and identify root causes) for Operations Manager, Project Management Office and HQ reporting.Enter and maintain all project financial data in ERP (orders, invoicing, budgets, purchase requisitions).
Support invoicing and cash collection of operational contracts.Deliver monthly close of assigned business units by country and communicate any exceptions.Drive operational lessons learned and improve efficiency, actively engage in continuous improvement and further lean initiatives.E nsure compliance to global standards for operational processes.Support PM to align P6 project budgets to sold in ERP system.Liaise with Central Quality function to ensure alignment of regional best practices to global quality standards.Liaise with other appropriate Teams within Region e.g. Comm Ops, Finance, Sales required in formation of End-to-End Operational Processes.Requirements : Fluent in English.SAP Super User (preferred)Excellent Excel, Smartsheet or equivalent.Strong project financial management background (5 years' experience).
Strong experience in used operational tools and related processes.Previous work experience in multi-cultural global environment.Possess ability to drive changes through functional reporting lines and manage by influence.
