What You’ll Do
- Collaborate with client recruiting teams to source and pre-qualify candidates
- Screen candidate profiles and assess interest / availability via calls and emails
- Keep databases updated (Dynamics, LinkedIn Recruiter, internal systems)
- Draft and update job descriptions and role specifications
- Identify talent from job boards, databases, referrals, and online platforms
- Schedule and conduct candidate interviews independently
- Support the team with administrative recruitment tasks
