HR Business Partner
Job Responsibilities
1.Support business leaders in aligning HR strategies with business goals, and develop effective workforce planning and execution.
2.Participate in organizational development initiatives, with an initial focus on end-to-end recruitment across diverse roles.
3.Maintain effective communication channels by engaging proactively with management and employees, fostering transparency and collaboration.
4.Strengthen HR operations and support the design and delivery of integrated HR solutions to meet organizational needs.
5.Coordinate employee relations by addressing workplace issues, providing insight on policies and practices, and aiming to maitntain a positive, compliant, and inclusive work environment.
Qualifications
1.Bachelor’s degree or above, with at least 3 years of proven experience as an HR Business Partner.
2.Strong knowledge of HR operations, with hands-on experience in HR management practices, tools, and methodologies.
3.Demonstrated ability in handling employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, performance management support, and policy interpretation.
4.High sense of accountability and integrity, excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, and the ability to learn and adapt quickly.
