This role will be responsible for identifying operational gaps, driving process improvements, and ensuring efficiency across multiple sales operations workflows. The position requires strong analytical skills, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to initiate and lead projects from scratch.
Responsibilities
- Analyze, map, and improve current operational processes across different verticals.
- Identify bottlenecks and propose scalable, long-term solutions.
- Act as a connector between teams such as Onboarding, Contracts, Credit & Collections, Billing, and Incentives.
- Align process improvements and reporting needs with global stakeholders.
- Initiate and lead operational projects aimed at improving efficiency and governance.
- Document SOPs and support the development of KPIs / OKRs for operational workflows.
Requirements
Previous experience in consulting, auditing, or business process improvement roles.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Solid knowledge of process mapping tools and methodologies.Hands-on profile with analytical thinking and execution-oriented mindset.Advanced English (fluency preferred).Nice to Have
Experience working in fast-paced, global, or multicultural environments.Familiarity with sales operations processes and systems (CRM, billing, incentives).Project management skills and experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
