Senior Business Continuity Analyst

Purpose of the Position

The main idea of this role is to protect the institution’s ability to deliver critical banking services during disruption by owning and advancing the BCM – Business Continuity Management program processes. This is a hands-on, orchestration-heavy position that translates global continuity standards into effective local execution and audit-ready evidence.

Concretely, the role :

• Leads the BCM lifecycle end-to-end : conducts BIAs (criticality, dependencies, RTO / RPO), maintains BCPs, and plans / coordinates tests (e.G., DR / switch-over validations, contingency site, VDI / endpoint readiness, evacuation drills, call tree), including out-of-hours windows.
• Turns results into decisions : surfaces risks, residual exposures, and disclaimers to risk committees;

drives lessons learned and closes open issues with robust documentation and owners / dates / evidence.

partners with IT / IS to validate DR without performing technical changes.
