Responsibilities

Manage assigned sales territory, focusing on selling products and addressing customer needs

Educate healthcare professionals on the value of the employer's products for patient care

Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including key opinion leaders

Analyze sales potential and execute business plans to achieve strong results

Communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet business needs

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required, preferably in life sciences

Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, with at least 1 year in pharmaceutical or healthcare sales

Strong leadership ability and advanced selling skills

In-depth knowledge of the healthcare provider landscape and payer dynamics

Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain an acceptable driving record

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in complex or account-based selling environments

Knowledge of specialty distribution and partnerships with key opinion leaders and advocacy organizations

Demonstrated ability to influence diverse customer types across the healthcare provider landscape

Strong aptitude for learning and adapting to change

Proven track record of building and maintaining lasting relationships within the neuroscience community
