1. Develop product pricing strategies aligned with our business model characteristics to maximize user conversion efficiency while ensuring platform profitability;
2. Create differentiated operational strategies—including subsidies and outreach—based on user segmentation and brand differentiation to achieve business objectives such as growth in actual transaction volume and optimization of subsidy efficiency;
3. Manage on-site traffic operations for assigned business units, overseeing traffic acquisition, in-platform dissemination design, and effective click-through conversion;
4. Collaborate with PR and marketing teams to amplify business visibility, expand user awareness, and enhance influence;
5. Monitor key strategies of competitors and major industry players to identify growth opportunities.
Requirements:
1. Years of internet growth experience, including expertise in pricing strategies, marketing subsidies, and traffic operations;
2. Goal-oriented and data-driven mindset with proven budget management skills. Proficient in evaluating subsidy effectiveness and traffic experiment outcomes;
3. Deep understanding of business models, user empathy, market/industry knowledge, and competitive perspective;
4. Open-minded approach enabling rapid adaptation to diverse cultural work environments, user needs, and operational methodologies.
