The role ensures cost efficiency, vendor performance, and compliance in alignment with local market realities.
Acting as the bridge between Marketing, Finance, Legal, and external partners, the specialist drives value creation by sourcing, negotiating, and optimizing vendor services across advertising, affiliates, sponsorships, and creative agencies.Responsibilities : 1.
Vendor Management & Sourcing : Identify, evaluate, and onboard local and international marketing service providers (media, affiliates, creative, PR, event agencies, sponsorship vendors, promotional materials).
Build and maintain a competitive vendor base that reflects local market dynamics in each operating region.Manage RFPs / RFQs for marketing services and affiliates.2.
Cost Optimization & ROI : Negotiate contracts and pricing structures to ensure cost-efficient execution of marketing campaigns.Monitor vendor performance against agreed KPIs (delivery, quality, results).
Provide cost analyses and recommendations to ensure maximum ROI on marketing investments.3.
Affiliate & Advertising Support : Collaborate with Affiliate Marketing teams to source and manage affiliate networks, influencers, and publishers.Ensure ad placements, sponsorships, and affiliate deals are legally compliant and financially sound.Support localization of media buying and affiliate partnerships across regulated / unregulated markets.4.
Compliance & Risk Management : Ensure all contracts are compliant with legal, regulatory, and responsible gambling requirements in respective markets.Work closely with Legal and Finance teams on contract drafting, approvals, and payment flows.Monitor adherence to AML, advertising standards, and local gambling regulations.5.
Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner with Marketing, Affiliates, Brand, and Finance to align procurement with campaign goals.Provide procurement insights and vendor intelligence to support decision-making.Support Finance with budget tracking and forecast accuracy for marketing spend.Key Competencies : Industry Knowledge : Understanding of gambling / iGaming markets, advertising restrictions, affiliate marketing models, and sponsorship dynamics.Local Expertise : Ability to identify and manage regional vendors that fit cultural, legal, and commercial contexts (e.g., Brazil, France, Armenia, Romania).
Procurement Skills : RFP management, contract negotiation, cost analysis, supplier performance evaluation.Financial Acumen : Strong analytical skills, cost modeling, ROI tracking, and budget discipline.Legal Awareness : Knowledge of contract law, advertising compliance, and gambling-specific regulations.Soft Skills : Negotiation, relationship management, cross-cultural communication, adaptability.
