About the position :

We are looking for a User Research Lead who is committed and passionate about understanding people behaviour, taste and also about gaming! This role will be responsible for organizing, and executing researches with different methodologies aiming to provide actionable reports in order to improve Garena gaming portfolio.

Responsibilities :

• Analyze and synthesize player data to uncover insights on preferences, behaviors, and pain points.
• Plan and execute end-to-end research studies using surveys, focus groups, interviews, playtests, and other methods.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to prioritize research needs and align with project goals.
• Champion a player-first mindset across the organization by advocating for evidence-based decision-making.
• Translate research findings into actionable recommendations for game design, product, and publishing teams.
• Lead and mentor a team of user researchers, fostering their growth and ensuring high-quality output.
• Ensure consistent, reliable research practices that reflect the voice of players
• Stay current on research methodologies and gaming trends to continuously elevate research impact.
