With operations in over 150 countries, we specialize in building world-class teams across industries and regions, offering tailored, compliant solutions that empower businesses to grow and innovate globally.What You'll Do : Own and nurture client relationships, primarily with US-based clients focusing on recruitment projects in the Americas region.Lead end-to-end recruitment projects : sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating placements of top talent.Drive new business opportunities by collaborating with the US sales team, pitching tailored recruitment solutions, and expanding our market presence.Collaborate with LATAM recruitment teams to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction across regions.Provide strategic advice to clients on talent market trends, salary benchmarks, and recruitment best practices.What We're Looking For : 4+ years of recruitment or consulting experience, ideally in an agency setting.Strong business development skills with a proven track record in client management.Deep knowledge of the LATAM talent landscape, labor laws, and cultural nuances.Fluent in both English and Portuguese (written and spoken).
