Sales Development Representative

We are seeking English-fluent speakers for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) role . The ideal candidate is great at building relationships and is not afraid of picking up the phone and making calls, and thrives in high-paced environments. You will play a key role in identifying and generating new business opportunities, building strong relationships, and setting the foundation for sales success. Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct outbound sales activities via phone, email, and social media to generate leads and schedule qualified meetings.
• Use CRMs to track, manage, and organize sales activities.
• Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively pitch and answer customer questions.
• Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation and follow-up strategies.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospects, ensuring a smooth handoff to the sales team.
• Maintain a highly organized workflow to meet daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
• Actively contribute ideas and strategies to improve the sales process.
