🌟 Job Responsibilities

  • Manage the onboarding of 3PL (third-party logistics) partners from start to finish.
  • Coordinate compliance checks and make sure all partner documents (e.g. CNPJ, tax records, bank details) meet legal and financial requirements.
  • Work closely with the legal, finance, and operations teams during the process.
  • Keep onboarding guidelines (SOPs) updated and look for ways to make processes more efficient.

✅ Requirements :

  • This position is open to graduates whose graduation dates fall between November 2025 and October 2026.
  • Good English communication for the daily work and contact with foreign team.
  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and process discipline.
  • Experience in logistics, delivery platforms, or shared economy operations is a strong plus.
  • Experience with data analytic tools such as SQL or similar tools.
  • Organization and proactivity, with a great willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
