Senior Web Development Manager

Job Summary : We are seeking a Senior Web Development Manager to lead the technical direction of our web-based products.

This role will involve driving architecture, coding, and collaboration to deliver high-quality solutions.

As a key member of our team, you will work closely with product and design teams to turn requirements into well-structured, maintainable code.

You will be responsible for leading technical design, implementation, and delivery of multiple web applications.

Our ideal candidate will have strong experience with Node.js, React, and TypeScript, as well as a deep understanding of PostgreSQL.

They will also have proven experience deploying and maintaining applications on AWS (ECS, EKS, S3, RDS) and be comfortable with serverless architectures and microservices.

Key Responsibilities : Lead technical design, implementation, and delivery of multiple web applications.

Work closely with product and design teams to turn requirements into well-structured, maintainable code.

Write clean, high-quality code using Node.js, React, and TypeScript.

Design and optimize databases using PostgreSQL.

Build and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure using AWS (ECS, EKS, S3, RDS).

Manage integrations with external platforms, including SSO and Okta.

Ensure performance, reliability, and security best practices are applied throughout the stack.

Support and mentor other developers, helping improve processes and code quality.

Required Skills and Qualifications : Strong experience with Node.js, React, and TypeScript.

Deep understanding of PostgreSQL.

Proven experience deploying and maintaining applications on AWS (ECS, EKS, S3, RDS).

Comfortable with serverless architectures and microservices.

Experience integrating third-party tools and identity providers (SSO, Okta, etc.).

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and make thoughtful technical decisions.
