You'll take the lead on one of our most important growth regions : Central & South America , currently accounting for 30% of our turnover.
Your focus?
Build on the strong foundation, deepen existing relationships, and explore new markets to expand our dealer network.
Minimum5 years of experiencein dealer / channel development in B2B industrial solutions
Proven ability to grow a region through a mix ofrelationship-building and smart strategy
Fluent inSpanish, Portuguese and English
Comfortable withremote workand cross-cultural collaboration
A pragmatic, down-to-earth approach combined with commercial flair
Excellent communication and coaching skills – you know how to make others shine
