Oracle Cloud Support Engineer - R2A

We are looking for a senior professional to support and operate the accounts receivable and billing modules of Oracle ERP Cloud. You will be part of a global team, ensuring excellence in service delivery, SOX compliance, and adherence to ITIL standards.

Main Responsibilities :

Act in the modules : General Accounting (GL), Fixed Assets, and Cash Management
Resolve incidents and tickets within the deadlines (SLA), in partnership with internal teams and suppliers
Provide support during the monthly accounting closing in multiple regions (LATAM, USA, APAC)
Execute regression tests on quarterly updates of the Oracle Cloud SaaS environment
Ensure compliance with SOX processes, documentation, and evidence for audits
Lead operations and continuous improvements in communication, processes, and support standards
Participate in the definition and dissemination of best practices, in alignment with ITIL and tools like ServiceNow and GitLab
Work with engineering and project teams to ensure successful deployments and integrations

Requirements :

Solid experience in Oracle ERP Cloud in the GL, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management modules.

Minimum of 10 years with Oracle ERP and at least 5 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud.

Participation in at least 3 complete Oracle Cloud implementation projects.

Familiarity with Oracle localizations (LACLS) and tax requirements in Brazil.

Experience with tools such as BIP, PL / SQL, FBDI, ADFDi, Web Services (SOAP / REST).

Accounting knowledge to ensure compliance with financial reporting standards and practices.

Excellence in written and verbal communication in Portuguese and English.

Ability to lead teams of 5 to 10 people.

Collaborative, proactive profile with an analytical mindset and results-focused approach.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, IT, or related fields.
