You will identify market opportunities, shape product strategy, and translate insights into clear business cases and recommendations.

The role combines market monitoring, product improvement, new product ideation, financial projections, and executive-ready storytelling to support decision-making and growth.

In this role you will : Monitoring market trends, competitive moves, and customer insights to identify opportunities and risksProposing improvements to existing products (e.g., pricing, features, funnels) and defining hypotheses, experiments, and KPIsScoping and proposing new products / partnerships, including go-to-market plans and pilot designsBuilding managerial projections and scenario analyses (revenue, unit economics, volume) and maintaining concise performance dashboardsPreparing and delivering executive-ready presentations for leadership, with clear narratives, options, and recommendationsBuild and cultivate relationships with cross-functional teams within the organizationPartnering cross-functionally with Product, Analytics, Marketing and Operations to align roadmaps, timelines, and impact trackingWe're excited about you if you : Are a demonstrated self-starter and problem solver - You'll be successful in this role if you can think critically and dig deeper to improve processes and campaign performanceHave strong analytical skills - Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make actionable recommendations.Are creative and think outside the box - The only constant in our industry is change.

You love to brainstorm, generate new ideas, and bring creative, innovative solutions to the challenges our customers face every day.Requirements : Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration or related fields.

Our team comes from a variety of backgrounds but are successful because of their ability to problem solve and think analyticallyDemonstrate strong analytical thinking through excellent written and oral communication skillsExperience in Customer Service planning / optimizationStrong proficiency in both English and Portuguese (spoken and written).
