As part of Globy’s sourcing team, you’ll be connecting top software engineers with some of Silicon Valley’s most exciting companies. We’ll train you in modern recruiting and help you use your existing outreach, communication, and organization skills to drive measurable hiring results—with much higher reply rates and tangible rewards.

Requirements :

  • Proven experience as an SDR (Sales Development Representative) — you already know how to connect, follow up, and engage people on LinkedIn.
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn tools such as Sales Navigator, Recruiter, or Recruiter Lite — your daily weapon for outreach success.
  • Advanced or Fluent English — you’ll communicate with global talent and tech companies in the U.S.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills — unlike traditional SDR outreach, here you’ll build ongoing conversations and long-term relationships with candidates.
  • Motivated by results and bonuses — reply rates in sourcing are 5–7x higher (50–70%) than in SDR sales outreach, giving you far more wins and regular success bonuses.
  • Collaborative mindset — you’ll work closely with your recruiting partner, not solo. Daily collaboration, feedback, and support are part of your workflow.
  • High adaptability and organization — managing multiple conversations and interviews across time zones requires strong prioritization and attention to detail.
  • Interest in the tech / AI space — you’ll focus on roles with leading U.S. AI-driven companies, a huge career boost for your future profile.
  • Performance-driven attitude — you love metrics, enjoy improving your process, and are ready to turn activity into tangible outcomes.
  • Comfortable with a creative, fast-paced STARTUP environment — you thrive in dynamic environments and know how to deliver results independently and as part of a global team.
  • Nice to Have :

  • Previous experience working in fast-peaced agencies or startups.
  • Activities :

  • Send high-volume headhunting invitations via LinkedIn.
  • Collect and verify candidate contact details (emails, LinkedIn, WhatsApp) with speed and accuracy.
  • Add candidates to the ATS, ensuring complete and up-to-date records.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews across global time zones
  • Ensure high-quality standards throughout every stage of the hiring pipeline
  • React swiftly to last-minute changes (e.g., cancellations, reschedules)
  • Hit daily / weekly sourcing goals tied to hiring KPIs and performance metrics.
