Bilingual Civil Engineer (Load analysis: Structural conditions of rooftops/framing systems)

One of our longest standing service verticals has been assisting transition clients from legacy systems to cloud based platforms including introduction of Cloud / GenAI and MS-Fabric, RAG models.

We are seeking a multiple Civil Engineers with emphasis on Load analysis: Structural conditions of rooftops/framing systems.

English language proficiency is mandatory.

These are remote roles.

This is a Civil Engineering client who are a market leader in the renewable energy industry. Ideally, they would like to start someone by early February for 11 months with an option to extend annually.

ROLES:

1) Civil Engineers (3+ years of experience)

2) Associate Civil Engineer: ACE (0-3 years of experience)

Executive Summary

Our client is dedicated to maintaining high-volume production speeds without compromising the rigorous structural safety and code compliance standards required for a 25-year system life. We require a scalable solution where a vendor-managed team can execute technical reviews, resolve engineering escalations, and maintain seamless communication across our design-to-installation pipeline.

Primary Duties

• Reviewing structural conditions of rooftops and framing systems
• Designing or verifying the configuration of racking and attachment systems
• Performing load analysis to ensure compliance with applicable safety standards and expected performance over a 25-year system life
• Working in a high-volume production environment, completing multiple project assessments per day, with some engineers averaging multiple evaluations per hour
• The ability to maintain accuracy and consistency at scale is critical.
• Regular shifting of work schedule may be required to support seasonal business needs
• Turnaround Times: Core tasks are measured in business hours with expectations ranging from 4 to 24 hours depending on the task type.
• Quality & Accountability: Staff must maintain a 95% quality score ; consistent failure to meet these standards requires a Performance Improvement Plan within 10 business days.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in an engineering discipline, with preference for civil or structural engineering
• Professional accreditation or licensure in their home country (preferred but not mandatory)
• Proficiency in technical analysis and structural design tools is a plus but not required
• Strong English communication skills for coordination with US-based engineering leads

Experience level

• Associate Civil Engineer-ACE: 0–3 years of relevant experience, ideal for early-career engineers seeking growth in a specialized field
