Recruiter – LATAM (Remote)

GrowthAssistant is looking for an experienced Recruiter for LATAM to join our growing team!

In this role, you’ll manage the end-to-end recruitment process — from creating job postings to sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing hires. You’ll work closely with hiring managers to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring experience for candidates and internal teams alike.

As we’re a fast-paced startup , you’ll wear multiple hats and contribute beyond traditional recruitment — from supporting process documentation to working within our CMS. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who’s resourceful, proactive, and eager to learn new things.

What You’ll Do

• Create and publish job ads across various job boards and social media platforms.
• Source and network with potential candidates through platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, Facebook, and OnlineJobs.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define qualification criteria and hiring needs.
• Screen resumes and applications to build strong candidate pipelines.
• Conduct initial interviews and create shortlists of qualified candidates.
• Maintain consistent candidate communication throughout the hiring process.
• Manage and update the candidate database for future opportunities.
• Support documentation of recruitment processes and best practices as needed.
