DashLX is an innovative technology company specializing in advanced AI solutions, focused on developing intelligent systems that leverage knowledge bases, multi-context processing, and custom autonomous agents. Our environment fosters creativity and technical excellence, enabling the delivery of cutting-edge AI strategies and solutions primarily using the Strands SDK.

Job Responsibilities :

  • Lead the development and implementation of AI strategies focused on knowledge bases, MCP, custom agents, and agent swarms
  • Design and develop scalable AI solutions including coding assistants, autonomous MCP agents, and chat agents for internal and external use
  • Apply object-oriented programming principles and domain-driven design to create robust and maintainable Python applications
  • Collaborate with solutions architecture teams to support day-to-day technical decisions and architectural improvements
  • Mentor mid-level engineers and guide technical discussions to uphold best practices in AI engineering
  • Continuously evaluate and integrate new AI technologies and frameworks to enhance product capabilities
  • Work remotely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables

Required Qualifications :

  • 3 to 5+ years of experience in AI / ML engineering or a related technical field
  • Proficiency in Python programming with strong object-oriented programming skills
  • Experience with domain-driven design methodologies
  • Upper-intermediate to fluent English communication skills
  • College degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree or higher preferred
  • Familiarity with AI solutions architecture and strategy development
  • Experience or willingness to work with the Strands SDK and knowledge-base-driven AI agents

    • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Prior experience designing autonomous agent systems or swarms
  • Background in building or maintaining coding assistants and chat agents
  • Demonstrated leadership in technical teams and AI strategy initiatives
  • Experience working in fully remote, agile environments
