Develop and implement targeted communication strategies and content aligned with the organization's mission and goals

Create engaging digital content that is user-friendly and accessible to diverse audiences

Support event management strategies to facilitate audience engagement during various events

Develop comprehensive communication plans tailored to the needs of stakeholders and organizations

Produce and present high-quality communication materials while maintaining strategic partnerships

Qualifications

Must be a United States Citizen with the ability to obtain a DOD Interim Secret security clearance

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience

Expert-level writing, editing, and proofreading skills

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

Experience creating media in Adobe InDesign or Adobe Illustrator / Photoshop

Background in training, instruction, or education

Work experience with the Naval Maintenance Community, United States Navy, or the Department of Defense
