Production Manager

Position Challenges

You’ll be responsible for ensuring the timely supply of high-quality products, identifying and resolving production inefficiencies, and driving continuous improvement. Lead production operations with a focus on efficiency, quality, and cost optimization across all processes. This role demands strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and a deep understanding of industrial operations.

Role & Responsibilities

• Oversee supply of goods and optimize productivity
• Identify and eliminate production bottlenecks
• Manage production data and performance reporting
• Monitor budgets and ensure financial compliance
• Develop and enforce organizational policies and legal standards
• Facilitate communication across internal teams and external partners
• Lead regular performance reviews and operational updates
• Plan and execute cost-reduction initiatives across labor, consumables, utilities (gas, electricity), equipment investment, and repair costs
• Drive continuous improvement through cost innovation and process optimization
