The role involves designing realistic conversations in Swedish to train and improve Large Language Models (LLMs).

You'll be simulating real-world interactions between users and AI assistants, ensuring natural, context-aware, and logically sound dialogues.Responsibilities : Create multi-turn dialogues between users and AI assistants.Simulate real-world tool usage (e.g., maps, calendar, email).

Ensure dialogues follow quality and formatting guidelines.Collaborate with peers and reviewers for high-quality outputs.Requirements : 3+ years of professional experience in a technical or analytical field.Strong grasp of APIs, JSON, and logical reasoning.Native / proficient Portuguese + strong written English.Experience with AI assistants, LLMs, or related tech projects is a plus.Perks : Fully remote.Flexible hours (with some PST overlap).
