What You Will DoProspect and develop new businesses, identifying decision-makers, conducting meetings, and closing opportunities.Understand critical customer needs, challenge traditional learning approaches, and present the business impact that goFLUENT can generate.Build Business Cases that demonstrate clear ROI for our solutions.Build and maintain consultative relationships with managers, directors, and high-level executives.Collaborate with Business Development, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure the closure of large opportunities.Represent goFLUENT at events and fairs, as well as conduct client visits.What We Are Looking ForMinimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales (experience in SaaS and international markets is a plus).

Ability to create trust relationships at different organizational levels, including C-Level.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong negotiation and presentation skills.Proactive, adaptable, collaborative, and results-oriented profile.Experience or interest in Training, e-Learning, or HR is a plus.Active presence in professional networks (such as LinkedIn).
