To find out more visit , and read about the latest news via our StoryHub.Description and RequirementsKey ResponsibilitiesAct as the governance focal point for Brazil, coordinating cross-functional activities and ensuring operational alignment.Partner closely with the Brazil Country Managerand Sales teams to support short-term execution and long-term planning.Lead initiatives in portfolio and planning, pricing strategy, demand / supply forecasting, and market assessments.Develop and deliver executive-level presentations to support strategic recommendations and identify growth opportunities.Conduct competitive analysis, including market trends, post-mortem reviews, product assessments, and SWOT analysis.Analyze large datasets from internal systems and third-party sources to generate actionable insights.Create and distribute critical reports and communications for Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance, and Senior Management.Collaborate on the development, maintenance and enhancement of Power BI dashboards.Respond to urgent requests for market intelligence, including competitor actions and performance metrics.QualificationsMinimum 3 years of experience in strategy or sales operations roles.Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.Proactive, self-driven, and capable of working independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and SQL is mandatory.Fluent spoken and written English.Ideal Candidate ProfileA strategic thinker with strong business acumen and a passion for data-driven decision-making.A collaborative team player who thrives in a multicultural environment.Customer-focused, solution-oriented, and eager to take ownership of processes and outcomes.MBGAdditional Locations : Brazil - São Paulo - SAO PAULO - SPBrazilBrazil - São PauloBrazil - São Paulo - SAO PAULO - SP
