For more information, click here.What you will doProvide technical support and be responsible for operational aspects on global Fibers and NonWoven (FnW) raw material qualification for Global R&D.

The person shall have strategic and operational skills in the planning and execution of raw material spec.

implementation as well as good communication and strong analytical skills for evaluate the technical documentation comparing different scenarios.

Ability of team work and sense of urgency to respond the target dates and global achievements are crucial.Key Responsibilities : Ability to understand technical documentation and participate of technical discussions involving FnW raw materials.Ability to communicate clearly with the internal and external organizations (external manufacturing sites and suppliers).

Demonstrate clear engagement for action on priorities and get the projects targets demonstrating a great sense of urgency.Flexibility to lead with implementation changes according to new alignments or business need.Team-work to participate in cross-functional project teams and demonstrate communicative skills to discuss with different areas.Ability to manage complexity and to work collaboratively in partnership with global teams.Create, plan and organize implementation planning for the raw material qualification understanding the business impact of preventable mistakes or reworks.Apply understanding and ensure compliance with regulatory agency / internal regulations and interpretations of technical documentation.Ability to work in laboratory to execute analytical testing for material qualification.What We Are Looking ForRequired Qualifications : A minimum of Bachelor Degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Chemistry Engineering or related areas is required.Minimum of 1 year experience in Research & Development or related areas of Fibers and NonWoven Industry or resins / polymers Raw Material Industry.Advanced EnglishDesired Qualifications : Strong interpersonal skills and time management abilitiesGood communication skills with different areas & teamwork.Have a leadership mindset to drive a collaborative attitude to the team.Open-minded and creativity to understand current processes and challenge the status quo.Ability to work cross-functionally in a team environment while being an individual contributor.Digital mindset skills to implement digital solutions to streamline current process.What's In It For YouCompetitive Benefit PackagePaid Company Holidays, Paid Vacation & MoreLearning & Development OpportunitiesEmployee Resource GroupsNote : Total Rewards at Kenvue include salary, bonus (if applicable) and benefits.
