Experience : 7–10 years total experience | 2–3 years hands-on Snowflake

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Snowflake Lead Developer with strong expertise in Azure Data Factory (ADF) and data engineering best practices . The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing and developing scalable data architectures, building ETL / ELT pipelines, and optimizing complex SQL workloads within cloud-based environments.

You will play a key role in leading Snowflake development, implementing data transformation logic, and ensuring high-quality data delivery for analytics and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and optimization of data solutions within Snowflake .
• Develop and maintain ETL / ELT pipelines using Azure Data Factory (ADF) and IICS (Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services) .
• Design and implement data models, schemas, and stored procedures (SnowProc, SnowSQL) to support complex business logic and transformations.
• Write efficient, high-performing SQL queries for data integration and analytics.
• Collaborate with architects and data engineers to define data architecture and governance standards .
• Implement robust error handling, monitoring, and logging mechanisms for data pipelines.
• Support CICD implementation using Git / Bitbucket and Visual Studio for code versioning and deployment.
• Work closely with onsite teams and provide production support when required.
• Apply data engineering best practices , ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
• Optional : Utilize Airflow or Control-M for workflow orchestration and scheduling.
