• Your Role : As an Account Manager you will be at the forefront of client relationships, ensuring the seamless execution and success of marketing campaigns.

Your responsibilities will include : Effective Communication : Liaise with teams and clients to maintain clear and consistent communication.Client Meetings : Lead discussions on results, strategies, and tasks, conducting meetings in English to align with client expectations and campaign goals.Client Success Ownership : Take charge of client satisfaction, working proactively to ensure their campaigns succeed beyond expectations.Support for Media Buyers : Provide essential support to media buyers, ensuring they have all necessary tools and resources for our clients' triumphs.Portfolio growth : work on creating a good relationship with the clients in order to grow their portfolio with us via upsellsClient retention : One of the main responsibilities for this role is to ensure client's satisfaction so he keeps working with us.The Ideal Candidate Should Have : A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.A deep understanding of digital marketing services, including SEO, PPC, social media, and content marketing.
