Servicenow Developer

This is a fully remote position and is an ongoing contract (PJ).

Core ResponsibilitiesDevelopment and configurationBuild and configure custom applications, forms, workflows, and scripts within the ServiceNow platform.

This includes using features like Business Rules, Client Scripts, and Flow Designer.Requirements and designCollaborate with business analysts and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.IntegrationDevelop and maintain integrations with other IT systems and third-party tools using technologies like SOAP and REST web services.Maintenance and supportProvide ongoing production support, troubleshoot issues, and manage platform upgrades and patches.Testing and quality assuranceCreate test cases and perform quality checks to ensure the reliability and efficiency of new applications.Required Skills and QualificationsPlatform knowledgeHands-on experience with various ServiceNow modules such as IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), or Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
