About the Role
We're seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead and optimize operations for an expanding iGaming project in Brazil. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll build and scale operational processes while ensuring excellence in service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple departments including customer service, payments, and platform management
- Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures
- Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards
- Manage vendor relationships and third-party service providers
- Lead cross-functional teams and foster a high-performance culture
- Identify operational risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Coordinate with product and tech teams to optimize platform performance
- Drive operational efficiency and cost optimization initiatives
Requirements
Minimum 4 years of operations management experience in the iGaming industryDeep understanding of sports betting, casino operations, and online gaming platformsProven track record of scaling operations in fast-growing environmentsStrong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision makingFluent in Portuguese and English (written and spoken)French language skills are a strong advantageExperience with payment processing, fraud prevention, and responsible gamingExcellent leadership and stakeholder management abilitiesBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
