In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing cloud-based solutions using Genesys Cloud technology.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign call-flow architect, scripts, data actions, and data tablesIntegrate with Salesforce, Genesys APIs, PCI PAL, and GenAIImplement knowledge of Genesys Cloud components, such as Google CCAI chatbot and predictive engagementTroubleshoot issues in Genesys infrastructureRequirementsAdvanced English language skillsGood understanding of SIP protocols, Genesys framework, and architectureReporting component knowledge, including CCPulse / Pulse, ICON, Infomart, and CXInsightsGood troubleshooting experience in Genesys infrastructureStrong ITIL knowledge, particularly in incident, change, and configuration managementBenefitsThis role offers a unique opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.
