Part-Time WordPress Web Developer (Part-Time, Remote — LATAM : AR / UY / CO / MX / BR)

About Us We’re a fast-moving SaaS startup focused on improving digital experiences through analytics and optimization. Our website is central to growth — and we’re looking for a skilled, detail-oriented WordPress developer to help us ship landing pages, improve performance, and run A / B tests that drive conversions. If you thrive on fast iteration, clean builds, and working closely with designers and marketers, you’ll love this role.

What You’ll Do

Build and update WordPress landing pages and marketing sections using

Gutenberg blocks

or

Elementor Pro

(no heavy custom plugins). Implement and manage

A / B tests

(Nelio, SplitHero, other). Wire

GA4 + GTM

tracking and ensure clean event data. Optimize pages for speed (Core Web Vitals >

90), accessibility, and responsiveness. Use a

simple staging + backup workflow

to safely launch larger changes (no complex CI / CD). Collaborate with design and marketing teams to turn Figma mockups into fast, pixel-perfect pages. Maintain SEO and schema best practices.

What We’re Looking For

Must-Have Skills WordPress expert (Gutenberg and / or Elementor Pro) HTML5, CSS3 (Tailwind or SASS), basic JavaScript Google Tag Manager (GTM) + Google Analytics 4 (GA4) Familiarity with A / B testing tools (Nelio or SplitHero) Experience optimizing site speed & performance Basic Git knowledge and ability to use a simple staging workflow Fluent English communication Nice to Have ACF Blocks, Custom Post Types (CPT UI) Familiarity with performance plugins, caching, and CDNs Experience with WP Engine or Kinsta Basic SEO and schema setup Comfortable QA’ing using FullSession, Hotjar, or similar tools
