As a  Head of Legal & DPO at our company, we expect you to be responsible for the following :

• Managing the legal department team, setting tasks, monitoring their execution, and taking responsibility for the overall effectiveness and performance of the team.
• Maintaining the company’s license(-)s and carrying out all related procedures, including renewal, updates, and ensuring compliance with licensing conditions.
• Implementing and maintaining a privacy-by-design structure, ensuring all data handling adheres to LGPD.
• Consolidating and validating existing data flows to enhance privacy compliance.
• Overseeing all legal aspects of the organization including litigation (civil, labor, criminal), contracts, corporate governance, and tax consultancy.
• Managing relationships with external law firms that support the organization’s operations.

Structuring and conducting all necessary legal flows and processes.

Required skills :

Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position.

OAB register and active.

Will be considered a plus :

Experience in IT and iGaming.

DPO certificate.
